We accept our terms of service independently without further inconsistence and habits of practices we acknowledge. We invite you all for the lawful agreement thus all in place of performance and validity. These services we give prove that company stands for the basis of capable work .

By booking with us and paying the non-refundable 30% deposit for the specified trek/tour/expedition, you admit that you have read and understood and that you agree to abide by these Booking Conditions.  Acceptance of your booking shall be confirmed in writing to you and a agreement comes into existence on the date shown on your confirmation email.

If you have any questions regarding Terms and Conditions for trekking and expedition or do not understand them, please raise your inquiry with our staffs any time.

PRICES AND VALIDITY

Snowy Dream World Treks and Expeditions Pvt.Ltd will do the whole thing within our control not to adjust prices and will generally only amend prices in the event of marked variations in exchange rates, fuel costs and other effective costs on which prices are based. Airfares (unless otherwise stated), passport and visa fees (unless otherwise stated), travel insurance, excess luggage charges, airport taxes, tips to leaders and guides, extra meals, laundry, drinks, medical expenses, optional activities and trips, and any items of a personal nature are not included in your trip price.

CANCELLATION BY YOU

If you request to cancel all or any part of your trip booking, notification of cancellation must be made to Snowy Dream World Treks and Expeditions Pvt.Ltd in writing. The date of the cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by Snowy Dream World Treks and Expeditions Pvt.Ltd. 
Depending on when such cancellation comes into effect, charges may vary as follows:

One month prior to the trip start date: 50% cancellation charge of total deposit amount

15 days or less from the trip start date: 100% deposit amount

Cancellation fees for air tickets issued by or on behalf of 
Snowy Dream World Treks and Expeditions Pvt.Ltd shall apply as determined by Airline Tariff Regulations, and may vary as to the type of ticket issued. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, these charges may be recoverable under any insurance policy you bought.

If you do not pay the balance of your total booking cost at least 14 days prior to departure, your booking shall be terminated and you shall lose your deposit.  No refunds will be made if you leave a trip for any reason after the trip has started. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.

You shall tolerate all the expenditures of the boarding and lodging in times of unforeseen situations like flight cancellation on account of bad weather or unavailability of the transportation services due to strikes or natural calamities.

COMPLAINTS

If you have any complaint about your trip, you must make it known to the leader of your tour group at the initial opportunity, who will then be able to take appropriate action. If you feel your complaint has not been properly dealt with, you must notify the office in writing within 30 days before the end of your trip.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Adequate and legal travel insurance is compulsory for all Snowy Dream World Treks and Expeditions Pvt.Ltd travellers. Your travel insurance must cover accidents, injury, illness and death medical expenses, including any pre-existing medical conditions, emergency return (including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where applicable) and personal liability.

The Terms & Conditions of Snowy Dream World Treks and Expeditions Pvt.Ltd also commends that your insurance shall cover cancellation, restriction and loss of luggage and personal belongings. You must carry proof of insurance with you and produce it if requested by
Snowy Dream World Treks and Expedition’s employees. Snowy Dream World Treks and Expeditions Pvt.Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend your participation of a trip or, at any time, including after the start of your tour, with no right of refund, if you are unable to provide proof of insurance when requested.

PASSPORT AND VISAS

It is your responsibility that you carry a valid passport and have rightly got the proper visas when traveling with Snowy Dream World Treks and Expeditions Pvt.Ltd. Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from Nepal Visa validity date. For any query, CONTACT SNOWY DREAM WORLD TREKS.
